All orders shipped from the SHO Store will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. For customers in the United States sales tax will be charged if your shipping address is in California and Illinois.

[ SHO Cloud ] How do I sign up for a cloud service subscription?
I. Activate through web browser (For both iOS and Android Users)
Please log in your SHO account on https://user and press “My Cloud” option at the top. Start free trial or subscribe for a suitable cloud plan.
II. Activate cloud service by Credit Card and PayPal (For Android users only)
Go to the app > Go to "Cloud" tab > Choose the Cloud Plan > Choose the device > Pay and subscribe.
[ SHO Cloud ] What you get with SHO Cloud subscription for your camera?
Subscribing to the cloud service will allow you to save your continuously recorded footage to a cloud for secure backup and playback from any location. In addition, you will be able to create, save and share video clips as well as enjoy a quick playback of whole-day footages.
[ SHO Cloud ] Can I use my iCloud or other 3rd-party storage media for recording instead of the SHO cloud service?
No, SHO devices are currently only compatible with SHO cloud.

[ SHO Product ] Do I need to add an NVR/DVR for the sPoE cameras kit to work?
The camera-repeater kit can be setup for remote viewing and control on SHO app. If local recording if not a must for you, you don’t need to add an NVR and in addition, you can subscribe for the cloud recording service.
[ SHO Product ] Can I connect the repeater to my monitor for local viewing and recording?
No, the repeater is connected to the cameras and the WiFi router for power & data transmission use; it cannot support for Hard Drive installation. If you need to view on a monitor, you will need to add an NVR for the system.
[ SHO Product ] What is the max length for the sPoE camera cable and the cat5e cable?
Cameras’ cables connected to the repeater can be extended to up to 147ft, while the Ethernet cable connected to the repeater with WiFi router can run to 328ft.
[ SHO Product ] Will the sPoE Camera system send e-mail alerts to my e-mail address?
No, the SHO app will push notification alerts to your mobile phone when motions are detected.
